Based in Wimborne, Dorset with a treatment room at Embrace Yoga Studios, Mill Lane in the heart of Wimborne. I offer a range of Holistic treatments to help elevate physical and mental well-being.
My services include:

Balancing the energy of your body to enable healing
Holistic Massage
Relaxing your muscles to remove stress build up that causes aches and pains
Reflexology
Sooth the feet, and the body will follow
Painless Spinal Touch
A series of massage contact points stimulate the nervous system guiding our postural muscles to pull our spine to its centre.

Book a session anywhere from half an hour to two hours for one or a combination of the treatments above and together we can tailor your treatment to suit.

Course includes the history and understanding of Reiki, your Reiki Attunement, the full treatment for self and others, and all the tools you'll need to prepare the self.
